When you place an order online or by phone we record the order details on our system. These details include name, billing and delivery address, home and mobile phone number, and your e-mail address.This information is held on your customer record.

Using your e-mail address and password you may log in to our system and view your customer record. You may also amend the details if they are incorrect. We also hold your order details on an order record (one per order). You may also log in to the system and view your order record(s). Notes are made against your orders on the order record as required, and you may view these and request changes if you wish.

Use of Cookies: We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a “cookie” which is stored by your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Whether you order online or by phone, we do NOT record your full credit/debit card details anywhere on our system. Payments are processed by our payment processors who have their own privacy policies in place.
